In a Benedectine monastery constructed in the 13th century and then used as a farmhouse for centuries, proprietors Elio and Laura Savoca have beautifully restored this ancient property into a flourishing agriturismo hotel. Centered around a traditional Sicilian courtyard, there are fourteen warm and comfortable rooms, all furnished with Sicilian furniture, equipped with bathrooms, and with traditional ceramic tile floors made in nearby Caltagirone.
