On the Jato Valley, is situed Casale del Principe farm. The original nucleus of the farm was the 16th-century watch-tower, which was converted into a Jesuit monastery in the 18th century, and later into a fortified farmhouse owned by the Princes of Camporeale. The farm has been converted into service apartments comprising nine bedrooms and a suite, all independent and furnished in an exquisite rustic style, where guests can enjoy a well-deserved rest.
